What you need:
-a lose weaved scarf or fabric
-a ribbon
-herbs of beauty (rosemary, rose)
-a white candle
-a red candle
-a pentacle
What to do:
Make a charm bag out of the plants and scarf by placing the plants inside the scarf and fastening it with the ribbon. Light the two candles on either side of the pentacle. Place the bag on the pentacle. Recite the following spell:
"Cosmic Powers from above,
hear me call--grant me true love.
Enchant this bag I see here,
to bring a lover ever near.
Mother Goddess I call to Thee,
You too, please bring a lover for me.
May he/she be as sweet as you.
Mother Goddess, make it true.
Carry the bag with you as you walk and under your pillow as you sleep. Your lover will come. When he/she does burn the bag and thank the gods.
